How to Remove Anxiety in Long Distance Relationships - 5 Tips for a Healthier Relationship

Others may say that being in a long distance relationship is not possible. On the contrary, it is very doable. But to make it work, you need to put a lot of effort into it. The hardest thing about long distance relationships is the possibility that your other half may get attracted to other people.
If your partner is a thousand miles away and you constantly worry about the status of your relationship, knowing these tips will be very useful to you and your partner.

Define the Relationship
If you haven't put a label on whatever it is you're doing, then this might be the perfect time to do so. Defining the relationship is a very good first step on tackling your anxiety. What kind of couple are you? Boyfriend-girlfriend, exclusive, engaged, open relationship, pick one and stick to it.
Defining the relationship, means you know your boundaries. If you have your boundaries, you will know what actions are allowable or not.

Communicate as Frequently as Possible
There are a lot of tools to do this, use them always. Communication really is the key to lessen your anxiety. If you trust your partner enough to agree on a long distance relationship, then I believe that his or her word will be good enough to calm you down.

Put an Expiration Date
There should be a time that your long distance relationship will just be a relationship minus the big distance. Having a date or a goal on when the two of you will be together is really important. It will diminish your anxiety bit by bit as every day passes and you get nearer to your goal.

Visit each Other
Got the means to do this? Then you should both do this as frequently as possible. Visiting each other is a nice gesture. It shows that you really care for each other and you are willing to go to great lengths just to see your partner.
Nothing beats the feel and smell of the person you love. Scheduling a weekend getaway just the two of you will be a mini vacation from your long distance relationship. At this point you could talk better and reassure each other again. Or, simply stop talking, relax and enjoy each others company.

More Trust
It's pretty obvious right? You are getting anxious because you don't trust your partner enough. Then all you have to do is get over it and accept the situation you are in. Trusting your partner will rid you of your anxiety and will give you that peace of mind.
If you are feeling a little jittery from all you suspicious thinking then a call wouldn't hurt. Remind yourself of the goal you've set up and take a breather and relax.

Conclusion
Being anxious from time to time is really normal and is actually healthy. But if you are getting anxious everyday of things you are not even sure is happening then get a hold of your self.
Long distance relationships are very simple, but it is never easy. Just hold on and be strong, keep the flame of love alive.

Long Distance Relationship: How to Keep the Relationship Strong

Are you worried your long distance partner may break up with you? Do you worry that things won't work between you and your man? Do you need some help on how to keep your long distance relationship strong? You have to be real. Distance in a relationship can be a big issue. You need to take this advice on how to strengthen the bond in your long distance relationship.

1. Be trusting
He doesn't have to account to you for everything he does each day. This would be really annoying for him. Put your trust in him and have the belief that he is being faithful. Don't panic if he doesn't answer your messages straight away. He might be busy at work. Or he might be asleep if you are in a different time zone!

2. Communication with him
Keep up the communication, but don't overwhelm him. Send an email or post a letter. Keep in touch with him as often as he desires. Let him know that you care and are thinking of him. Try having a Skype call every week to catch up on what's been happening in your and his week. Tell him some funny stories. Tell him that you really miss him.

3. Keep yourself busy
Don't keep your phone constantly in your hand, waiting for him to call or text you. Get out and about and enjoy your own life. Work hard. Hit the gym. See your friends on the weekends. You don't have to be a prisoner at home. Enjoy yourself and your life - you'll then have lots of great stories to tell him about when you catch up.

4. Give him a surprise
If you have the money, book a plane ticket to visit him. Surprise him by turning up unannounced. He'll be thrilled. If you can't afford to make the trip, send him a care package. Make him a card and write him a lovely note. You could send him a box of his favourite chocolates or his favourite movie on DVD.

5. Organise a holiday for you both
Book a holiday to a place neither of you have visited before. Take the holiday together. You'll then have a whole lot of fun memories that you'll be able to discuss and reminisce about when you catch up on the phone or Skype. Begin planning another holiday with him, so that you both have something fun to look forward to.

How to Improve Semen - Sperm Taste For Gourmets?

"Consuming pineapple or parsley helps sweeten the taste of the male sperm ejaculate. Can there be any truth to this and what other foods affect the taste, for better or for worse?"
Yes, what you eat can influence the taste and smell of your semen - sperm. This is similar to the smell of your sweat on the next day of a heavy spice and garlic full dinner.
Because the average ejaculate consists mostly of protein, citric acid, fructose, sodium, chloride and smaller amounts of ammonia, ascorbic acid, acid phosphates, calcium, carbon dioxide, cholesterol, prostaglandins, creatine, and other minerals and chemicals which are produced by the prostate gland, Cowpers gland, testicles and many other parts of your body, but shortly by "your body", and your body can only use its stocks and what you eat as the raw material.
Of course, every body has its own formula for semen - sperm creation, but eating less meat (and proteins) and more carbohydrates, vegetables and fresh fruits may improve the taste and smell. For example parsley is a healthy plant and may help making your body juices sweeter.
In general, dairy products create the foulest tasting fluids, alkaline based foods as meat and fish produce a butter, fish like taste. Fruits and high quality alcoholic drinks are good for a pleasant, sugary flavor. Chemically processed liquors may cause an acidic taste.
The semen - sperm ejaculate of each male has a unique taste. When some men have bitter, burnt, sour and strong tasting ejaculates, some others, particularly vegetarians, may have sweet, nut like tasting semen - sperm. But in order to produce healthy and fertile sperm your body will need protein rich in zinc as well.
Strong and significant semen - sperm smell may also indicate an infection in the genital area and men must consult an urologist without losing time.
In the other hand, women also have to improve the salty and acidic taste of their vaginal secretions, but the strong and foul smell may be caused by the lack of cleanness, better is to visit a gynecologist periodically and keep the consultation records.
Certainly your body's duty is not producing tasty semen - sperm, but healthy and fertile ejaculates. Everything healthy and good for your body is also healthy and good for your semen - sperm. Drink mild water when you wake up and keep drinking more water than you usually drink during the day! Water will help to clean your body's pipeline including your bowels, and drinking 6 - 8 glasses of water daily will help your body to detoxicate. Eat less meat, more vegetables, drink less alcohol and specially stop smoking!
If your partner really loves you, she/he must love everything about you and your body. Don't spend your precious time to be busy with small details, learn how to be a great lover that your partner is not interested with your semen - sperm taste or smell instead.
Finally, we believe that if two people are in love with each other they won't be too disturbed even the semen - sperm taste is unsupportable, and will find a way to cover this default with condom, flavored lubricant, mouthwash... But the important question is how to produce healthy and good quality sperm, and avoid the transmission of many diseases and addictions to future generations!

Enhance Your Sex Life - 5 Exciting Places to Make Love

Let's imagine for a moment that you're feeling a little dissatisfied with your love life. You and your partner don't put much effort in sexually anymore and you long for some excitement in your relationship. The answer could be as simple as leaving your monotonous sex life indoors and venturing out. Here are five of the most thrilling locations to have sex with your partner, to increase passion, desire and excitement.
1. The Beach
Gently lapping waves, still air, star-lit skies and a moon-lit shimmer on the sea can create the most perfect environment for romance. Suggest a late night stroll when you are near the beach and subtly lead your partner towards an appropriate patch of sand, relatively sheltered from prying eyes and other late night Romeos.

Choose a good spot and you should be able to let yourselves go under the cover of darkness and the remoteness of the beach itself. Of course you could always warm things up a little by suggesting a naked swim in the sea, which should be a suitable pre-cursor to a sexual encounter to remember. Just make sure you think of the logistics of getting yourselves home, potentially with wet clothes and sandy crevices!
2. The Garden
Making love in your own garden can offer that added security that no one will be walking past you or is likely to discover you. On the flipside there are those who will seek out that risk and wish to be seen in the act. Voyeurism and exhibitionism aside, your garden offers the thrill of the outdoors and the seclusion to let yourselves go and you can be as daring as you please.

If your garden is overlooked by other properties, fun can be had in finding the one dark corner that shelters you both from view, either wholly or partially. Remember to make sure you don't offend anyone who may see you, especially those with young families. Passion soon dies when faced with an angry neighbor who may not share your liberal views!
3. Mile high club
Most people joke about having this fantasy and it's perhaps regarded as a cliché due to its popularity, yet so few people have actually got away with it, or even attempted it. It simply won't happen on a short hop, crammed to the rafters budget airline flight. Your chances increase the longer the flight and preferably when overnight as it is dark and people are asleep, possibly even some of the cabin crew.

If you are both sat near a washroom, that's a bonus, and ideally you should sit at the back of the plane (pre-book your seats online to increase your chances of this) so as not to walk past hundreds of people who may work out what's going on. Choose a quiet moment to sneak in and the space is yours to enjoy. Don't rouse suspicion by shouting or screaming with passion and you should be fine. Even if the crew are aware of what you are doing, they may just leave you to it. Subtle passion never harmed anyone right?
If a stewardess is seemingly on sentry duty by the washroom thus rendering it off-limits, obtain a blanket from them and get busy underneath it. Of course full sex in aircraft seats surrounded by customers isn't an option but use you imaginations and fun can still be had.
4. Nightclubs
Some will pull a face here and regard this as seedy and not the place for romance. The truth is a spot of passionate, flirty dancing is essentially a mating ritual, a form of foreplay and a precursor to the main event so it is ideal. Nightclubs are usually packed with people looking for action anyway so the atmosphere is charged and ripe for you to take a chance.

Dark cosy corners abound in nightclubs and no one is likely to become offended by discovering what you are doing. You'll be left to it. Of course it's unlikely that you'll actually be having intercourse but some subtle touching after some sensual dancing is guaranteed to raise the roof in the passion stakes.
Should you wish to go a step further, then restrooms offer the usual benefits/drawbacks. You may even find other couples in there doing the same thing, should that be your scene! As always, discretion is the better part of valor so don't offend anyone, particularly the doormen!

5. Your Car
I'm not so much suggesting jamming the seats as far forward as they can go and clambering into the back for some passion, that's hopefully consigned to our teenage years. I'm talking here about using the car as a means of escaping and venturing to an environment more conducive to romance.

Imagine then, you whisk your partner away from their workplace on a summer's evening and head out to a great spot with a view of the sunset. It's up to you to then take things further, instigating romance perhaps with a picnic or a stroll as the sun goes down. It's easy to then be more suggestive. Finding secluded romantic areas using your car is child's play, there are infinite possibilities.
If all else fails and the weather takes a turn for the worse and if your car is big enough, you could always revert to the teenage tactics...

How to Plan Inexpensive Weddings

In order to plan inexpensive weddings, you need to be decisive, stay organized, and get creative! The modern trend of more personal and less-commercial weddings really works in your favor. When it comes to planning your wedding, creativity is now more important than lavish spending.
The thrill and excitement that comes along with your wedding day are understandable, and as it should be. Your wedding is a huge step that you are taking in your life, but with the economy as it is and the exorbitant costs of wedding venues, catering and attire, learning how to plan inexpensive weddings can be difficult. However, it is possible with the right attitude and a little bit of control.
Budgeting your wedding costs may not be the most thrilling aspect of your wedding plans, but it is extremely important. By not budgeting correctly, you can actually start your married life with a large amount of debt.
Once you have created a budget wedding plan, sticking to it is extremely important to the success of your big day. Some of the biggest budget killers are the venue, catering and attire.
The venue costs can be significant, so why not have the wedding at home? If that isn't possible, perhaps you have a friend or a family member that has a lovely veranda, or maybe a public area like a park or clubhouse that will host your wedding for little to no money at all.
Another issue that can wreak havoc on a wedding budget is the cost of catering. Perhaps you can save yourself a lot of money by catering your own wedding. By making the dishes that you want to serve ahead of time and freezing them, you can easily thaw and bake for easy service without an extensive bill. Or consider only having the main course catered and DIY the reception appetizers and side dishes.
For you and your wedding party, the costs of bridal and bridesmaids gowns can be astronomical. In order to keep within the budget you've set, maybe add a dash of color and variety to your bridal party, or choose a beautifully styled off the rack cocktail dress, instead of a shimmering, only-going-to-wear-it-once dress. As for your wedding gown, the same issue applies, when are you going to wear you wedding gown again? Maybe find a shop that offers pre-loved wedding gowns, so you can look fabulous but without costing a fortune.
Now is the time to start creating a timeline for your wedding. To effectively plan inexpensive weddings, a timeline is important because a well thought out timeline will keep your wedding plans on track. Although your timeline may be extensive, it is a great way to keep all of the things that you have to do to pull off your budget wedding by ordering your tasks by importance. This will keep all the information that you need for your wedding at your fingertips and will lessen the stress.
The most important thing to remember with your timeline is to keep it straightforward. You can always go back and update it if need be. To help you stay on track both on your timeline and your budget, create a checklist for yourself. Be sure to include everything that you will need on your big day, no matter how insignificant.
The key to successfully plan inexpensive weddings is first and foremost to have fun with it, get creative, and be sure of what you want and what you do not want. It's your day, so take the time you need to budget, stick to it, create timelines and checklists to keep yourself stress free as possible and best of all, say "I do".
Planning an inexpensive wedding is easier than you may think.

6 Oral Sex Tips to Blow Her Mind

The following tips will help you improve your oral sex skills and give her some of the best orgasms she has ever had. Tips will never replace through knowledge and implementation of the basics of learning how to go down on her. Tips however are best utilized and understood, when the basics are well mastered. Keep that in mind as you browse this article for ideas that may help you give your lady more pleasure.
1. Softly kiss all the way down one of her thighs and when you reach her vulva, give the area surrounding her clitoral hood a soft kiss and continue to kiss up her other leg to the back of her knee. Repeat this 2 or 3 more times.
2. After she has had an orgasm, give small kisses to her upper thighs and the area surrounding her clitoris. She will sing accolades to your name. Start for a second orgasm if she can handle it.
3. Don't fight against the rhythm of her body and arousal, flow with her. If her body speeds up, speed up your licking to match and vice versa. If her arousal drops smoothly change your stimulation to increase it again.
4. I call this the Triple Pleasure technique: Place the palm of your non-dominant hand on her pubic mound and carefully press down while you are stroking her G-spot and licking her clitoris. The key to this is to lick her clitoris and stroke her g-spot simultaneously. The three movements are done at the same time. Move the skin of her pubic mound up so that her clitoral hood moves to expose her clitoris. As that is being performed you stroke her G-spot and lick her clitoris, all in unison. Continue to do this slowly and rhythmically. Let her pleasure build gradually. Give your strokes more intensity and speed as she gets more aroused.
5. Vaginal stimulation feels a lot better to her after lots of teasing. It feels even better when you have given her a clitoral orgasm or two. The area becomes engorged and ready for stimulation after she has had an orgasm. The G-spot and the A-spot respond much better when she is heavily aroused from a clitoral orgasm or teasing.
6. Allow her body to build orgasmic energy by bringing her close to orgasm and then gradually decreasing the speed and pressure while telling her to let the sensations spread through her entire body
These tips are a lot more effective when viewed in the context of the basics of going down on a woman. Master the basics of how to go down on her and tips become nearly trivial.

The Three Most Talked About Weddings Ever!

When world-famous celebrities, blue-blood royalty and beautiful people enter the bonds of matrimony, the media starts talking at a frantic pace and everyone stops to stare. When reality TV sensation Kim Kardashian married NBA player Kris Humphries, 10 million watched on television, and silver screen starlet Elizabeth Taylor had eight extravagant weddings. Although many celebrity weddings are hot topics, they don't compare to these historic weddings.
Grace Kelly and Monaco's Prince Rainier
Known for her poise and style, Grace Kelly left the movie business just six years into her high-powered Hollywood career. Billed by the press as the wedding of the century, the film industry and the general public were buzzing as they realized that one of Hollywood's premier starlets was finished making films. Ironically, Grace Kelly first met Prince Rainier on a trip to participate in the Cannes Film Festival and a photo shoot at the Palace of Monaco. Before the 1956 wedding, Grace and her family produced a $2 million dowry to ensure the engagement and wedding would proceed.

When Grace Kelly arrived in Monaco with her family, her poodle and 80 pieces of luggage, 20,000 admirers lined the streets. Their dual-ceremony wedding featured Grace Kelly in a stately gown embellished with antique Brussels lace and seed pearls. In addition to the 10-carat, emerald-cut diamond and two baguette diamonds set in platinum that adorned her finger, the bride carried a fragrant lily of the valley bouquet and wore a Juliet caplet decorated with sweet-smelling orange blossoms. Prince Rainier and Princess Grace had three children, and the couple celebrated their 25th anniversary a year before Grace Kelly suffered a fatal stroke and a traffic accident.
Princess Diana and Prince Charles
It was 1981 and an estimated 750 million people were gathering around their TVs to watch the ultimate royal wedding and the hoard of 600,000 that lined the streets surrounding London's St. Paul Cathedral. In true 80s style, 20-year-old Diana wore a puffy taffeta dress with an infamous 25-foot train decorated with 10,000 pearls. According to reports, the pair had 27 wedding cakes at their extravagant reception. Although the couple separated in 1992 and divorced only a year before Diana's tragic death in 1997, their lavish ceremony remains one of the most talked about weddings ever.

Prince William and Kate Middleton
Not to be outdone by his late mother, Prince William's marriage was lavish, tasteful and publicized as much as any event. Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, donned an ultra-sheer veil, a 1936 diamond tiara from Cartier, and a striking high-waist gown with a fitted bodice inspired by the dress Grace Kelly wore. Known for her classic yet trendsetting wardrobe, Kate's wedding gown sparked a lace revival with its sheer bodice and beautifully appliquéd skirt. With such a fairy tale wedding, it's hard to imagine their marriage being anything but perfect.

These historic weddings were the most talked about events at the time, and their enduring impact leads people to keep talking about them and recreating their classical style

Is your wedding day fast approaching? If so, then you must ensure that the right flowers are chosen for the bouquet. The bouquet is always a pivotal component of every wedding which is why it's important that enough planning and attention goes into selecting the best flowers for it.
In this article I would like to share with you a number of tips that you can use to make the most ideal bouquet for your wedding:
1. Considering selecting flowers that bloom in all seasons. These types of flowers tend to be in high supply, so you should have little difficulty purchasing them.
2. Try using flowers made from silk. If you are unable to find the flower that you would like, then you can consider silk flowers as a viable alternative. These particular flowers tend to be most ideal for most occasions.
3. Make sure that the wedding bouquet doesn't cover the wedding dress. For example, if you are a slim person, then you will have to invest in a smaller bouquet. The bouquet that you use come wedding day shouldn't cover the bridal dress, and it shouldn't be difficult for you to carry around with you.
4. Avoid purchasing flowers that are prone to drying up too easily. This is important, so speak to a florist about it. The flowers that you want should remain fresh throughout the duration of your wedding. Another method that you can use to ensure that your flowers are looking their best is to use a bouquet holder.
5. Be sure to select flowers that have their own special significance and meaning. Tulips are a declaration of one's love and roses symbolise love.
6. Give your florist a sample of your wedding dress, this way your florist will find it easier to choose a flower design that is able to work well with your gown. If there are any designs that you have in mind, then you shouldn't hesitate to talk to the florist about it.
7. Make sure that the bouquet you select matches your personality and style. By ensuring that the right bouquet is chosen, you can be sure that your personality will be showcased to all those who attend your wedding.
8. The flowers that are most popularly used for weddings are lilies, roses, daisies, tulips, stephanotis and orchids. There's no point reinventing the well, you can use one of these flowers when designing the bouquet for your wedding.

And so, are you serious about when scheduling a bridal shower before the wedding? Then you will want to learn what is important and why it will be important first. You will need to learn all you can about how and why...
Below are 5 ideas to help you succeed at when scheduling a bridal shower before the wedding:
1. A bridal shower is one of those parties which you can throw which should be a laugh and yet practical simultaneously. While the point of the bridal shower is to give the bride things which can on occasion be utilized in her wedding, another fun reason is basically that it permits some hours away from the planning and stress of the marriage itself, for the bride and family to just play games and have some good clean fun. Now, just why could this make a difference? Because, it's also another occasion that the bride gets to be the princess of the day, without needing to cope with all the stress of the marriage itself. It's a much more casual and spontaneous event than the particular marriage or reception often are. Alright, you follow this recommendation and what results can be expected? The bridal shower will become the ideal occasion to share funny family stories and for pals and family to collect to give the bride information and support for her wedding..
2. Arranging a bridal shower, it is usually the responsibility of the maid-of-honor and the bridesmaids. This really is going to be important since the success of the event will depend on their clever scheduling of the bridal shower before the wedding. Additionally it may well be important since take under consideration the bride's wishes and do not make any plans or start any games which could make her feel awkward or indignant. Therefore, the maid-of-honor and the bridesmaids must talk to the bride and ask what she wants for her shower.
3. It's best not to have a shock-surprise bridal shower unless it is far before the marriage and you believe the bride would actually appreciate one. The bridal shower should be held between 2 to 8 weeks before the marriage date. The true reason for this is that the bride's wishes must always be respected, and tradition upheld wherever possible. Yet another reason in its favor is that holding a highly exciting and tiring event like this too close to the wedding may add to the brides stress, and she may still be feeling unwell from the after-effects of the event during the wedding, if is her shower is held too close to the wedding day.
4. When scheduling the event and writing invitations the maid-of-honor and the bridesmaids should be reminded that by tradition only invited guests of the marriage itself should be invited to the bridal shower. And why may this make a difference? It would seem unfriendly if any attending the bridal shower were to be excluded from the wedding. Will there be any other reason? Yes. Wedding showers are for close friends and invited family attending the wedding celebrations.
5. The time of your bridal shower is down to the maid-of-honor and the bridesmaids and the bride to decide; however the standard custom is usually that they are held in the early afternoon. And why might this become a wise course of action? bridal showers at a spa or on the beach for a BBQ and party, and quite naturally these are best enjoyed during the warmth of the afternoon. What other reasons exist back this up? Well there will be quite young children who no doubt will also attend, for whom an evening event will find them tired, and possibly even irritable.
For optimum results in scheduling a bridal shower before the wedding, simply observe the above 5 basic steps. Then harvest the bountiful benefits and fruits of your success. Disregarding them will set you up for less than ideal results. Quite a lot worse results compared to those that you might otherwise anticipate.

A Guide in Planning a Wedding Hen Night

The wedding hen night or the bachelorette party is not only memorable for the bride-to-be, but for everyone invited. Bachelorette parties usually involve the closest persons in the bride's life. The party usually is the last time in which the bride-to-be could bond with the women she loves before getting married. In order to throw a special party for the bride-to-be, you need time and careful planning.
The first step in planning a hen night is to discuss possible party dates with the bride-to-be. You would not want the party to interfere with any previous plans. Also, ask the bride where she wants the party to be held. Try not to talk about anything else regarding the party; except the invite list, the venue, and the date; with the bride.
Plan the party according to the personality of the bride. If she's a simple type of girl, then she would probably appreciate something simple like an intimate dinner or a luncheon party. Girls who love sports would definitely love a sports-themed party. If the bride-to-be is into fashion, there are certain designers who could help you in planning a fashion show during the party. Spa-themed parties are also great. Other brides to be, meanwhile, desire for a wild night with their girlfriends. Whatever personality your friend has, remember to plan the party around her.
You can pick out the invitations the moment you have chosen a theme for the party. You can have them printed out or you can make them yourself to make them more personal. Choose the invitations according to the theme of the party. For example, terry robes with the initials of the guests embroidered on them would make great invitations for a spa-themed party. Send out the invitations about a week or at least three days before the hen night. In this way, the guests could still have time to prepare and schedule their plans around the party.
Plan the menu for the party. If you plan to make the food yourself, look for recipes and shop for the ingredients ahead of time. If you can, prepare some of the food a day before the party. You can also have the food catered. If you do so, ask the caterer for the menu and tell them your budget so that they can work around it.
You do not need to spend too much for the party. Any friend would appreciate a party thrown at their honor, no matter how simple it may be. The important thing in a wedding hen night is getting together with friend and family, and letting the bride-to-be feel how special she is to all of you.

Planning a Wedding Hen Night for the Sporty Bride

The wedding hen night or the bachelorette party is the last night before a bride-to-be officially becomes a married woman. For this reason, bachelorette parties are not only important for the brides-to-be but also for their closest friends as well. If you are planning a bachelorette party for your friend, you would want to make the party fun and unforgettable.
In planning a party in honor of your friend, the future bride, you need to take into consideration the things that she likes. If your friend loves sports, you might consider throwing her a sports-themed hen night.
The first thing to do in planning a sports-themed party is to choose the venue. In doing so, you have to consider the favorite sport of the bride-to-be. You could rent a box in the ball park or make reservations at a golf course. You could also spend time watching her favorite sport. Buy front seat tickets to a basketball game or give her the best seats at a football game. Just remember to buy tickets ahead of time as certain tickets sell out very quickly. If you're on a budget, you can plan an all-girls sports event-visit your favorite bowling alley and have a bowling tournament.
Prepare outfits for the party guests. Of course, if you want the bride-to-be to have a sports-themed party, you have to look the part. Get some jerseys and have them printed out with the names of the guests as well as their part in the wedding (i.e. maid of honor, bride's maid, mother-of-the-bride, etc.). You can also do this using baseball caps, baller IDs, or sneakers. For your bride-to-be, you can get her an all-white jersey. Complete the get-up by letting her wear a cap with attached white tulle.
Don't forget the food. For a sports-themed party, popcorn, pizza, and beer would definitely be the foods of choice. However, not every body might appreciate these foods the night before the wedding, seeing that everyone would want to fit into their dresses. If this is the case, you could forego the pizza and opt for more healthy food choices. A tennis lover, for example, would appreciate a country club-inspired menu complete with tiramisu, mint juleps, and salads.
Lastly, to make the wedding hen night really memorable for the bride-to-be, get her something really special. Get her a ball with the signature of her favorite athlete. Buy her the complete jersey of her favorite team, or surprise her by giving her a garter in the color of her favorite team.

Keep Your Wedding Guests Happy

It's evident that every couple wants their guests to say sincerely after the wedding ceremony that they had a great time and everything was perfect. But remember that other people may be disappointed by something that seems perfect to you. When your guests are unhappy they will soon regret coming and may leave early. So, to keep your friends and relatives smiling you have to consider their tastes, preferences and needs. Here are some tips to help you on your way.
Date and time
Try to choose such a day for your wedding which doesn't coincide with major holidays, national events or your guests' private celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries etc.), because they might already have plans and would be at a loss which event to choose. Keep the time between the wedding ceremony, the photo shooting and the reception short. Having to wait for hours is the worst scenario for the wedding guests: they are hungry, want to sit and relax. But if a long duration is inevitable, think over a snack and some activities to keep them entertained.
Providing information
Give your guests as much information as possible: the venue, the accommodation, the time they are to arrive, any details and changes. Take into account the needs of people coming from other cities. Make sure they can freshen up and relax after travelling a long distance.
Food
On the menu you can have whatever you like, but keep in mind your guests' tastes as well. Don't overuse exotic food and try to include some widely loved dishes. Otherwise you are going to have many unhappy and hungry guests.
Traditions
Wedding traditions are certainly important but don't even try to follow all of them. It will be time-consuming and, moreover, your guests may feel uncomfortable having to go through some of them. The receiving line is one of such traditions. Most people would be glad to have just a little chat with you and congratulate you instead of standing in a line and waiting for their turn.
Consider the age of your guests
Don't forget about the older people among your guests: they'd prefer sitting in a quieter area away from the loud music, enjoying the evening. Think over the entertainments for children as well: they should have something tasty to eat and some place where they can play, not disturbing the grown-ups.
Don't split your attendants and their partners
Plan carefully the seat scheme so that your guests don't sit separately from their spouses or partners they have come with. It would be awkward and your guests would hardly enjoy the evening.
Remember that all your friends are there to have a great time and to share the joy of your big day with you. So if you don't forget about them while planning the ceremony, you will definitely have more fun seeing their happy faces and shining eyes on your wedding day.

Things to Consider When Planning a Wedding

Are you recently engaged? Now that the initial shock and excitement is beginning to wear off, it's time to start planning the wedding and begin making some major decisions. As you are about to find out over the next few months, planning a wedding may be fun, but it is definitely not easy.
These are some important things you should do first:
1. Agree on a timeframe.
Many couple are engaged anywhere from six months to one and a half years, depending on how much time they are able to commit to preparing for the wedding. As a couple, discuss your schedules and decide on how long you'd like to be engaged. Be realistic about the amount of time you need to prepare for the big day.

2. Think about your budget.
If you've always dreamed of your big day as a grand celebration complete with fireworks, this is the time to tell your fiancé. Have an honest discussion about what you both envision your wedding to be like. This way, you can discuss your budget and how much you are both willing to spend on the wedding. Remember not to put your entire savings into the big day. It is important that you also set aside money for your future together!

3. Set a wedding date.
It may seem like a daunting task to decide on an actual date. If you've always wanted an outdoor wedding, then the rainy season may not be the best time. The Christmas season is wonderful for weddings because of the cool weather and because family members may be coming home. Take into consideration the schedules of family and friends you'd like to be part of your big day.

4. Create an initial guest list.
Start jotting down names of people you'd like to invite to your wedding. By having an idea of what your headcount is like, you'll have an easier time searching for a reception venue of the right size and getting price quotations from suppliers.

Don't be surprised if you and your fiancé disagree over matters such as the guest list being too long, or having to invite certain people you do not like. It is something that many couples go through. Work on the guest list with a clear and open mind.
5. Decide on your venue.
As soon as you and your fiancé have decided on a wedding date, start thinking about where to hold the ceremony and reception. Set aside the next few weekends to visit your different options. Make it a point to visit the venues at the same time of day you will be using them. Once you have decided on a venue, book it as soon as possible.

There are many more wedding-related decisions ahead of you, but take these five important things into consideration first and you will be well on your way to planning your big day in an organized manner.
